We are falling out of October… it has been a fairly sedate month workwise, but busy in other ways - so I am hoping for a commercially successful November now to see out the year (December always seems a sharp decline and the recovery tends to emerge sometime in February or March). This coming winter, though, I am going to be productive rather than fretting! There are things to do around the house, the road should be fixed so we can get on with the huts and I have a project to shoot!
I am hoping to get my printing on point too, I think I will be just fine tuning my process with the new equipment using resin coated papers for the moment before attempting to get to grips with fibre based papers and selenium toning probably towards the spring once I have a core of the new series started. There is a course I am hoping to get on to really accelerate the process if a grant comes through to help towards it! I also have another plan brewing, which needs some more training, which will enable a future series to gestate into something rather exciting. It required some specialist transport though… which is the focus of the training plan!
Anyway… tomorrow is domestic duties, invoicing and taking Angus to the dentist. The house battery is also getting yet another visit from the installer to try and get it working again too.
For now… Magnus on his new posing post.
