It was a pretty savage 24 hours of weather, but things have cleared up and we are, fortunately, reasonably unscathed. The boys are back to school tomorrow and, hopefully, won’t be too tired after the drama!
It’s looking like a quiet week ahead, but the weather is not likely to be particularly kind either. So I suspect October is going to slip away in the same way as it started out.
