A Leftfield Thought

So… today’s thought… I have always been planning some kind of photo-book type thing, and have grand plans for doing one too. Something deep and meaningful linking my past in archaeology, environmental science and photography all into one big extravaganza. But tonight I have been mulling over a second idea, perhaps that would be achieved first - or concurrently. A way of bringing my photo diary to a wider audience… and right now seems a great time to start it having built up to a sustainable point with my commercial photography business and then having the rug pulled from under me to put me right back to the start. Shaken to the core of my foundation… so it would be a chance to track the rebound and rebuild and perhaps reinvention of that side of things whilst also exploring my art photography at the same time.

I think it has a certain merit anyway, and with everything happening just as we approach the end of the 25/26 financial year it also ties in with the business year.

Not sure if it’s going to happen yet, but it may give me a way to track what is going on, make sense of it all and perhaps spot opportunities to persue as I go along - so it may just be a bit more of a formalised diary for myself - or it may become something more.
