Can We Build It?

Well… apparently… no. At least not tomorrow! My plans to start the darkroom build are being pushed back a little as I have things to do first tomorrow (mostly involving getting a load of boxes to the tip, and a supermarket run)… I may get a start on some of the tidying though with a bit of luck! That said - most the kit is arriving on Wednesday, probably, so I am going to keep the day free to crack on with preparing the room and… if all goes well… start my first processing off at the end of the week! I have a roll of Delta 400 35mm ready to trial the process and taking a bit more time over things means that if I am missing anything I need I can get it before then (such as cable clips to get power where I need it - which I will get tomorrow as I totally forgot that there are no power points where I want them! I may need an extra extension cable as well come to think of it!

Anyway, today was spent at WASPs learning all about Vitamin C as a developing agent. It was hugely interesting and the results were very good - if I can use kinder chemistry and still get the results I want then it is a win win! The next session in November is on Pyro, which is not a kind chemistry, but it is exceptional in it’s results so I want to have a deep dive on that too!
