Momentary Lapse of Deflation

Today did not go to plan. I didn’t have a great deal on… three jobs scheduled… and then on the way out first thing my front offside tyre gave up the fight to stay inflated. All the jobs were hastily rescheduled to tomorrow - which was already a busy day - once I checked I could borrow Jen’s Dacia - and now I am going to have a few crazy days of catch up!

I had been planning on new tyres in November anyway - they were not worn out yet, but the idea of a winter on summer tyres in the Highlands is enough to fill me with dread. The new ones will have Continental’s self sealing gunk built in, which should help… and I am going to get a new better inflator too since the cable was only just long enough to get the inflator I have to the front offside - if it was nearside I would have been stuffed!

Anyway, popped up to a job in Bunloit this evening once I could borrow said Dacia and at least got something done today!

I also managed to mess around with the gimbal and ZR for a bit practicing some techniques and changing some camera settings - I won’t get to use any in anger for a few days mind as I don’t think I have any interior videos to do in the near future! I really plan to up my game on that front though so plan on practicing as much as I can whenever the opportunity arises.
