The Size of a Cow
It has been a good day - I haven’t had much time to shoot “me” work again, but things will hopefully start getting back into a sensible routine again now. The boys were in school for half the week so we get back into it properly on Monday, and I have a cracking week which will, hopefully, translate into some landscape photography on the side! Monday is on the Tain coast, which has some stunning nooks and crannies… Tuesday I am off up to Sheildaig which is west coast bliss and then Wednesday I am off to Ullapool which will put me over some rather dramatic moorland enroute.
I am running a couple of rolls of HP5 through the Bronica at the moment, one is a 35mm panoramic back and the other is a 120 6×45 back, so it will be interesting to see the results once I get a darkroom session booked in! Next week I am off my feet busy but this should give me time to finish off 3 or maybe 4 of the rolls in various cameras which makes for a decent session of processing, so perhaps I will find a day later! We have the SNAP meeting in Stirling coming up the end of the first week in September and it would be nice to have some work to take along to that! I guess that gives me a deadline to work towards then! A tight one at that, I really will need to book a day out for the darkroom the week after next!
