Girls on Film

Well, not actually… this is more about my favourite camera. It is an old Mk 1 Fujica GSW690 built somewhere between March 1980 and 1985… it is a beast… big, heavy and completely unsubtle. The images though… the images are beautiful!

Just now I am trying to work out how to carry it with me day to day a little more easily than has been the case. I have a new bag system arriving this week which has 3 seperate camera “cubes” that can be fitted in various combinations so I want to see if I can create a basic “work” cube, an expanded “work” cube and an analogue “cube”. Quite how it is going to work out I am not sure as yet… there will be some faffing to come! I also have a new PYGTech bag that may be the standard work bag… and have to take 2 bottles into the shower after all.
