Manic Monday

Yes, today has been full on - loads of jobs, still editing now at nearly 2am… the video creation is taking a long while and a lot of computing resources… I think the final video may fall by the wayside and get done tomorrow as I am beat!

The new medium format SLR is all put together now and I am looking foward to running a few films through it! I realised I don’t have much of my favourite “rubbish” filmstock at the moment so it has some rather more expensive stuff in just now - not ideal for a first roll really! Formopan is on order and should arrive Wednesday, plus the 35mm stuff is enroute too, so I can run a few films through the camera and see how it works and how the results come out… which will mean a dark room session in my fairly near future!

I will maybe do a wee video on it soon and put up some test prints.

Oh - for those inclined - its a Zenza Bronica ETRSi 645 plus a 35mm back (to become a pano back soon), AEII finder, Speedgrip E and 40mm f4 lens. I may grow this system a bit, and possibly add a 6×6 version too (the SQ-A)
