Gotta Wash Up

Today has been spent cleaning. Mainly the chicken coops and the duck house - but also the cars, both were a bit grim! So a day of domesticity! I have also deployed 3 fake wasps nests around the place to see if it keeps the critters away, they have been driving me insane already this year (it’s not me who is bothered by them, but I seem to spend half my summer chasing them away from everyone else!).

The weather is rubbish today though, and the next week is not looking hugely inspiring either. A bit of sunshine and stormy clouds would be nice… but flat grey is just dull! I don’t have any hugely interesting trips out for the next week anyway, the next one scheduled at present it a week on Monday to Big Sands! My plans for some shoots this week were foiled by the weather being too good for moody landscapes, and the job up in Sutherland wound up taking way longer than anticipated too so I was too rushed to really do much on the way home unfortunately.
