Last Day of the Easter Break

So that is it - Easter is done… after the weekend it is back to school, and back to a routine! And back to being busy by the looks of my schedule for next week which is already booked up solid until Thursday afternoon! I am looking forward to it, and the week after too as both weeks over the coming fortnight include some trips out to more far flung areas! First we have a busy weekend though with a portrait session AND the track being rebuilt on Sunday!

I hope to put the GFX through it’s paces properly over the next couple of weeks too as well as, hopefully, shoot some film! I need to find the time to get into the darkroom as well! Yesterday amongst many other things I took a Dremmel to the DaYi and hopefully fixed the back so that it doesn’t pop off at the slightest provocation again - the film in it was destroyed, annoyingly, by the last pop, so it is loaded with a fresh spool of Pan F - which is a lovely film! I want to put the Ortho 80 in, but really need to check that it’s bahaving first! If not, more surgery!!!

All in all I am feeling quite upbeat and positive right now though.
