Stormy Weather

My plans were derailed today by tyres, weather and traffic. So no real movement on the project - not even thinking about it! But it’s time will come…. I have started looking at Glen Moriston and I think I have become fixated on the archaeological record when there is so much else that fits the brief outside of those strict guidelines… they do make it easier to find locations though as the resorce that is “trove.scot” is so rich. It doesn’t include everything though even if it does provide a nice starting point! I think I also get railroaded in my thinking towards where people once lived rather than a wider context of work, travel and the wider reality of life in the past. So more to do before I start shooting! It will happen soon though!

Work is still pretty slow, although today was a reasonably productive one. I am absolutely shattered though as it has been a lot of charging about the place today and trying to hide from some torrential downpours!
