Slow Progress on Landscapes

The end of another week, and this month has not seen any great shakes in my landscape work - I have just been too busy, and now we are heading towards the kinder months I am wondering if the drama in the landscape may have passed me by for a while. I am working on concepts though behind the scenes, and looking for subjects. The Fujifilm is becoming an increasingly key component to this process as I experiement with virtual film emulsions in camera to get a match to my analogue work. The commercial side of the business has really been running hot though this last few weeks which has left little time to do anything more artistic! This is the challenge - when I have no work I have no money, when I have loads of work I have no time!

This week does have a couple of interesting possibilities though as I am up north twice, once out towards Gairloch and once up to Lochinver. With not having the same challenges brought about by range and charging infrastructure perhaps I will manage something a little more interesting!
