Some Say…

That today is the last day of spring. These people are wrong, we are still about 3 weeks from that day - I go by the solstice and equinox cycles of the seasons, and besides… today doesn’t feel like summer is about to be unleashed on us!

May has been a good month, commercially, but not so good on the arts side of things. Time constraints from… you know… paid work… have been a very real thing of late! Life is about to have a big reshuffle though so we will see how that all works through!

I have spent so little time in the dark room of late either, and that is something I hope to redress after we get back from adventures. I bought a wee JBL speaker to plug my phone in to whilst working and that made the last session a whole lot more fun. There is a lot going on at the moment, and plans are afoot to try and streamline my admin plus really push forward on the video side of things - both commercially and in my own wee world.

For now, though, I bring you a cow.

I also thought it would be nice to share some of my analogue work that was processed last week. I had a whole raft of disasters so there are not many “keepers” from the 4 films that I processed (although I should add - I only get between 4 and 8 frames per roll, depending on what I am shooting with and which format I am using!)
