Five Years

I have been working now for about 5 years, give or take, and have made a start on my professional development through the BIPP - something I want to continue to build on… but I am also looking at The Societies and their broadly parallel qualifications path.

Why?

Well - another set of eyes, and another set of ideas, is always good to give advise and direction. It’s also pretty reasonable - although there is no possibility of skipping levels so you have to progress up through the ranks in a linear fashion. But some more professional qualifications and development is never a bad idea.
